Windcharger and Thundercracker can be used as Chest Plates, similar to Blackjack.

Motormaster, Deadend, Dragstrip, Breakdown, Offroad and Blackjack will be released in Wave 2, which we should see in Canada either already or within the next few weeks. Wildrider will be released in the US around May, so we will probably see him in June or July.
Onslaught and Scattershot have been seen in TRU computers, so there is speculation that we will get Bruticus and Computron towards the end of the Combiner Wars line, either in late 2015 or early 2016.

Dragstrip was in wave 1, he's already on pegs.

No, we'll probably see them around the same time since they aren't being sold through "big box" stores, just small stores.
So likely just places like online retailers and comic/specialty shops.

Are you sure? The Wildrider/Brake-Neck and the Slingshot/Quickslinger were reported as being listed in the TRU inventory system (though admittedly I'm not certain that was TRU US or Canada or both).

From Seibertron.com:

A very trusted anonymous source just let me know some exciting information about two highly anticipated Combiner Wars figures. Deluxe Class Slingshot and Wildrider are indeed coming down the pipes. Both figures will only be sold in solid cases of 8 through smaller stores (which Hasbro refers to as "emerging channels" or "emerging markets") and will NOT be available in big box stores such as Walmart, Target, and (currently) Toys R Us. Each figure has an MSRP of $17.99

Re: Combiner Wars/Generations
So I finally picked up Firefly yesterday, was transforming him and I found the plastic to feel a bit different than usual. Did they change the plastic when they started making some of the figures in Vietnam?

I meant that we'll be getting Wildrider at some point, who was one of the original G1 guys, but wasn't released first. There's more than six official Stunticons in CW, that's what it seems like. I think it's actually kinda a cool thing to release more than just the five (or six, within the CW framework). Not being able to find them in the big box stores will be a pain, though, and probably force me to order online as there aren't that many small shops around where I live.
That said, I'm hoping that Bruticus is more 'authentic' that the FOC version, whenever he comes out.
