When I called in about the the coupon code adjustment on my order I did catch the CS agent say under her breath that they were on "backorder" which then prompted me to ask if there was a date listed anywhere for their release. I got a "sorry I don't have that information" and to check the order status online.

Wonder when we'll actually know....

i think once all the preorders that used baby10 get deleted they should be enough to go around.. as for the 25%off coupons mp sound wave pre order will surley be shiped out after the aug 31 deadline but im sure we are all fine i cant see trus deleting the coupons but it does say aug 31 , if they do ill be really pissed.... good news is atleast i already have one but I allready preordered one aready

Yeah, absolutely no information at all...

Anyone who 'knows' information about TRU's re-stocking schedule and pre-order commitments must have the inside track because TRU has no intentions of informing their customers via their own support channels.

My biggest concern, (as many others have expressed) is that they will just send out order cancellation notifications like they did in the states after their eBay pre-order.

I find it funny that the stuff that no one wants (Platinum Edition - Ultra Magnus) is over stocked and items people actually want in some places never appear. I feel like we will never see any appear on a shelf here in Nova Scotia with only one store in the whole province.

I saw a couple of you post that you got damaged boxes but later found ones with nice boxes if those of you who have damaged boxed ones that you want to sell please pm me I have no interest in boxed figures and will pay retail for it

I just got the promo code added to my order as well.

At first the woman was trying to tell me that she couldn't add the code because the item was on backorder and was no longer available for pre-order. But I mentioned that other people were being told that the $30 would be refunded after the order was processed, and she spoke to someone else about it and got it sorted out.

So they're definitely still accepting the promo code, it just might not be the typical procedure they're used to. If they try to tell you it's not possible, just ask them politely if they could check with a supervisor.

I called in to get it added but they denied me, however i sent in email to CS and a week later they emailed me back today saying they will adjust it for both soundwave and acidstorm w00t!
