I buy them at full price but since I collect only the Combiner Wars/Titans Return/Power of the Primes it's not a huge amount of money. If I want a second due to some defect I notice in my original I'll usually wait until I find it on sale. I've noticed the only items from those 3 lines I've not seen on sale at some point (that were in stock) were:

CW Ultra Magnus
CW Megatron (Silver)
CW Computron set (Walmart may have cleared these out and I missed them)
CW Slingshot
CW Wildrider
CW Wreck Gar
TR Chaos on Velocitron set (TrU exclusive)
TR Clones 2 pack (Eb games exclusive)
TR Brainstorm (Walgreens exclusive)
Arcee & Ultra Magnus (TrU, Hasbro exclusive)

Some I expected to be sold out long before they went on sale like Leokaiser and Siege on Cybertron were surprisingly available on sale at one time or another.

Great summary! I also only collect the line you mentioned. But still, I have grown the habit of only buying when on sale from collecting LEGO. It is true for some figures if you missed you won't get it again (at least in Canada). What makes me jealous is in some Asian market, the life circle of certain transformers figures is much longer compared to here in Canada. Combiner wars is still widely on sale in China. And the price is very stable around $12 CAD for combiner wars deluxe class and $13 - $40 CAD (yep, things like onslaught or silvershot are cheap, while others are low in stock and high in demand). And when they went on sale it can be crazy. For example, I have seen $50 CAD Computron, $77 CAD Trypticon, $70 CAD Fort Max etc. But shipping is a big issue for buyers in Canada. I usually ask my friend to carry some of what I bought in China to here when they visit families in China.

I've tried Metrotown, Lansdowne and Broadway and no luck at all for the Legacy Power Rangers Metallic figures. I also tried calling Coquitlam Toysrus. But I've tried calling them since 9am this morning till now and every call I made to them all day was the same, Line Busy. How long can someone stay on hold?

Mannnnnn. One of the two outstanding packages I ordered months and months ago arrived a few days ago this week. After 4 MONTHS the Tribute Optimus Prime/Orion Pax set arrived. And the cherry on top is that I was also dinged $14.20 in customs, $9.95 in handling fee and the rest in tax. Took so god damn long for some damn Optimus Prime repaints and I got charged extra on top. I hate everything...... Merry Christmas everybody!
