I have a question that hopefully someone who owns the Headrobot Hothead kit and a G1 Headmaster (any one will do but preferably Hardhead) figure can help me answer.
I am planning to buy a G1 Hardhead figure without any accessories/head and I want to try out this upgrade set by headrobots. Since the toy was designed for the Hardhead Universe molds a only a few of the youtube videos focus on the G1 figure itself. But I have noticed that in Peaugh's video that the head and the shoulder weapon is quite loose on the G1 figure.
So my question is: "Is this the same case for owners of this kit having a loose head/weapons?" If so is the kit still worth it to purchase if I am buying it just for the G1 Hardhead figure. I am not planning to buy the universe mold.
Perfect I can buy it without any worries! But one more question though. Was the shoulder cannon a bit loose on the G1 Figure? I think Peaugh mentioned it in the video.
The headrobots version of the shoulder cannon doesn't attach to the g1 figure the same way the original did, so it's not as tight, but it's not all floppy or anything
After consideration from all the suggestions I will pick one up at BBTS now along with maybe the Tokyofest WFC Optimus and Megatron repaint! Do you guys prefer the comic version or the normal version? I personally prefer the normal version. The chin doesn't seem to attract me as much and the white guns will probably not match well with my G1 Hardhead.
