Yes it is. It goes for a more cartoon styled deco of the blue casette.

Except for the odd red dot on his forehead. It looks nice, but it's never been part of any Frumble deco in the past that I'm aware of.

Mine arrived today in good shape. They shipped it in a big box with packing. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is it's the same version that Hasbro Pulse got earlier where the Bios on the back are reversed so Frenzy's bio is on the Autobot cassettes back and their bio is on Frenzy's back.
