Automotive Blue Magic Headlight Polish. Works like a charm, and also provides a protective coating.

It's been a daily process now, I've sadly missed out on quite a few that would have suited my needs, but due to being out of the country, missed out on them sadly. He'll be completed, but given my pickyness, I'm just not 100% sure when.

Day Eight

Side tracked this time by an almost completed Computron.... Two steps forward, with Scattershot left to do at some point.

Decided to get an early jump on Scattershot. As I destickered, I did notice a number of rusted screws, so I'll have to tend to those in the morning.

Great work on Computron.

I hadn't realized until now how much Scattorshot and Strafe mesh so well with Energon Jetfire and Skyblast.

Hell, Scattorshot's wing details seems to have really influenced Energon Jetfire's.

On another note, for some reason I thought Lightspeed was supposed to face the other way. Guess I was wrong.

Same product. However, if the rust is significant enough where Blue Magic Headlight Polish won't work, some simple steel wool will.

I learned a lot of my tricks and tips from being heavily into the automotive scene and also from building this:

Jet.... Skyfire

Using my own figure from when I was a child, due to it's crisp white glistening plastic, I then proceeded to aquired a near complete figure which was starting to yellow from a good friend, and immediately started tearing them apart.

After repairing my friends, as his arm was severed in battle, I started to vigorously disassemble, clean, and remove paint applications for a more accurate look.

Using the remaining pieces, I was able to assemble the following Jetfire for a fellow Transformers fan.

Jetfire

And then I started on the following:
