As for BW Rampage, I agree. He did kick all sorts of ass, and his toy is pretty great too, good call!

I wish I recored in my toy room, I would have a lot more stuff to think about while recording...lol.

Technically no he doesn't count as a Prime, though he was an Autobot commander it doesn't make him officially a "Prime" (and as far as I know even by Japanese standards) They must have a Convoy/Conboy at the end of their name.
