Next we re-answered previously asked Hasbro questions before moving on to the BATTLE ROYALE where we we're asked the questions and Daniel gives us the official answer. Then we got to know Jetfire from pre-G1 to ROTF and wrapped up with "Damn I wished I designed that!" and a special piece presented by fellow Slagger Duncan (dak)

I'll sound better for the next episode listeners, apologies for sounding like a muttering idiot during parts of this episode. More specifically during Damn I wish I desgned that and the Battle Royale. I just wanted to give props to another garage kit company for making an alt mode we've never seen in Transformers history. Who DOESN'T want an articulated bus transformer!?

As for Battle Royale Lamest character for me was Energon Ironhide, I can't understand how a 30 foot robot can take such abuse from a pissy little teenager/G1 Wheelie....since I hate things that constantly rhyme to the point that there are times when he shouldn't and he tried and couldn't pull it off....toywise I picked the more recent Universe Cheetor and Dinobot...even the Henkei Dinobot looked good but it was still a terrible mold...both of them are terrible to display but Cheetor I'll admit is fun to play with.

I'm surprised that Grimlock and the dinobots didn't make the best fighters category. How many transformers have literally kicked Unicron's ass and lived to brag about it!

I personally wouldn't consider the Japanese characters since they are, in true anime fashion, insanely overpowered compared to their predasessors. I would love to see those characters handled in western styled stories, though.

I'm surprised you guys didn't mention the Energon Omnicon Skyblast. He was an homage to the cartoon character model of G1 Skyfire/Jetfire, if I'm not mistaken.

What's even more funny is his voice actor in Superlink (Japan) is known for only doing loser/nerdy/annoying characters.

While the Dinobots are great and all, they are far from top dog in fighting, even outside of the J-G1 cast, the Dinobots would be hard pressed against Sixshot or even to bring back in the mention of Movie Prime.

I was going to mention all the homages like Storm Jet from RID and what not but ehh......

Great episode guys. I always liked Jetfire. I guess I'm a sucker for the Canadian colour scheme.

I would love to go to TFcon next year. Better start saving the clams.

Oh and for some reason it sounds like a have a lisp when I talk. I don't have a lisp, so I guess I have to talk more clearly...

And how about two bots, one cube..hilarious. I was at Logan's Football practice listening to the pod cast and loling during it..heard it a bunch before...still makes me laugh.
