They actually aired Fables on TVO, where I watched it. Although its possible one version was aired on TVO, and the other on PBS. I was pretty young.

I recall that "Friends of the Forest" was a repackaging, aired significantly after "Fables of the Green Forest".

In keeping with the lateness of the episode I decided to hold my post until now.

I really enjoyed this history laden episode and would just like to say it must have been nice to have all those shows to watch. Where I grew up there was a bad case of TFC and the only shows I was able to watch were Batman TAS and TMNT.
