It is fully articulated, head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, legs, knees, ankles are all on ball joints from the look of the video I watched.

I'd imagine the main issue for collectors is that it is a new scale.

Yeah, it definitely looks and sound cool, if you have the extra cash and a Star Wars fan, its cool and recommend it.
