TFCon 2011 Exclusive Suggestions

Honestly, instead of an exclusive, I'd rather see the customizing class expanded and done on Saturday as well as Sunday. I have no interest in slapping down $120 for some random repaint of a third party figure; I'd much rather spend half as much and get a chance to make my own exclusive. Would have jumped at the chance last year (my first TFCon), but I was only able to attend on Saturday.

Well since it is the tenth anniversary of the TFCon it would be nice to have something special. Perhaps a limited edition minted coin stamped with a TFCon motif. Pair it with a nice history memorabilia booklet or something published with some custom Canadian artwork.

I got an idea...maybe get a commissioner to make a limited number of a character repaint out of a generations mold?

That would be an awesome thing to see... but I doubt it would happen.

i vote for a "accessory" set of some kind.

example could be

animated set=(could be all non transforming figurines to keep costs down)
sari sumdac,scaled to deluxe ani. bb
professor sumdac,same as above.
any of the "human" animated characters,etc.

classics set=(mostly weapons and parts?again,non transforming)
a new swapable classics cliffjumper head.
shoulder launcher for mirage.
more g1-ish black rifle for voyager prime.
rockets for ravage,etc.

g1 set=
make an actual "circuitbreaker" fig.i think that would be a "first" no?

make a charlie fong.

Mmmm, yeah maybe an original character might be cool. Some great ideas in the KO thread like soccer balls, pyramids, rubber ducky's etc.

I really liked powered commaned, and although the subsquent asian release disappointed me and made me upset at fansproject, it didn't really take away the coolness of the TFCon one for me. It'll always be my first TFCon exclusive.

As for nightbird, I thought the idea was fantastic, and while I was slightly disappointed by the quality control issues with the figure (I got one with arm issues, which I fixed up later), I still think it was an awesome idea, and I'm glad I have mine.

Maybe we could get Venksta to do some kind of awesome exclusive?
