The picture is right there. I think it would be fraud if they had an actual prime in the pic and sent this. This is just stupidity.

no, it's fraud. they have done this before. They have also extorted money with a "pick up fee" even when not listed in the ad. I have had dealings with these thieves before, liers and cheats...nothing "stupid" about them...they are scammers and know what they do to people and care nothing about their customers.
