Menasor......RUUUUUUUN! That's a complete ripoff, my friend just sold one missing the 4 little guns for $110 locally and another local collector I know sold a complete one for $130. I'm piecing mine together and it's going to cost right around $100 by the time I'm done so anything over $130 for Menasor I'd say no. And if you're willing to pay more than that I'll sell you mine!

This one's ending soon but if that is an original vintage figure it's a complete steal. They normally sell for more than that with no box and played with so to get one boxed and mint for that price is ridiculously cheap. My fear is it's one of those Chinese remakes that you can buy for $10 and $45 shipping. The window is in too good shape, they usually dry out and separate from the box.
