So, I have to add Maxi & Cie to my list of places to hit if I want to grab these up? Seems odd somehow. Cool as all heck, but odd.

Re: Superstore "Sale" on Movie Scouts This Week?

Loblaws was trying for ages to open stores in Quebec. Don't know why they couldn't. A few years ago, Maxi & Cie opened up a few stores in Ontario (Called Maxi & Co.), one of which was in my hometown of Oakville. Soon, Loblaws bought Maxi & Co/cie, then closed the Ontario stores and gained their foothold into Quebec.
The Oakville Loblaws Superstore is actually built from the gutted remains of a Maxi & Co!

Has anyone seen the Target Basics in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)?

Re: Superstore "Sale" on Movie Scouts This Week?

Is this like the first ever Real Canadian Superstore Exclusive? Seriously it's like Superstore or Hasbro Canada or someone got in on the exclusive thing.

I must say I so want them all, my parents were kind enough to pick me up Hardtop yesterday... If I had some spare $ I'd snag the rest of both first waves provided I could find Arcee... Apparently she wasn't there when dad got off work at Superstore.

Are these going to stick around I wonder or is this a case of recieving spare stock from Targets across the boarder in order to compete with the Canadian dollar going up so they snagged tons of cases... Cause they have no Bilingual stuff on the package it's just English. In which case all I have to say is, I'd better get the rest of them dangit. Sigh

A lot of people looking for these could very well have picked them up over the boarder already, yay more for me. Stick that in your afts BBTS/Digital Toys, they charge 14$ a pop for stuff you can get at Target for 6$ and now thanks to Superstore I won't have to import from Market Gougers. A pity Armorhide/Air Raid/Elita-One aren't around either then I could have the whole set. SIGH

Still better six then zero for collection completness sake and these Scouts are better additions then the Real Gears to my Movie collection even if they don't share the astethic of the larger figures.

Holy smeg. Are these confirmed to be at Maxi et Cie?
If so, I know where I'm heading on Monday.
EDIT: To anyone on the South Shore of Montreal, there's a Maxi et Cie at 3398 Boulevard Taschereau.

Well there here in NL. I checked it out and Dominion has them, though the only ones I saw were Clocked, Strongarm, and Skyblast. No Armourhide...

Small to medium format:

Not as much, but it's *almost* official according to lars573's list.

Re: Superstore "Sale" on Movie Scouts This Week?

The Real Canadian Superstore near that I went to is near Winston Churchill and the 401. It's just south of the entry/exit of the highway.

I picked up Hardtop and Skyblast from there today.

EDIT: If anyone is interested in getting these I can swing by the Superstore on Wednesday and grab a few for ppl. Just PM me and let me know which ones you're looking for. They've got Clocker, Hardtop, Strongarm, Skyblast, Arcee and Signal Flare. $9.98 each.
