Well if your buying for character, then TM2 Megs all the way without question.

Now the thing is, even if RID Megatron IS the better toy, if it's a KO, getting it into any of his 6 transformations (or 10 if they used the Devil Gigatron mold like the RID release) could lead to easy breaking.
