TO answer the initial question, if an exclusive is not picked up by a domestic retailer, then we wont get it in Canada. So no one picked up Platinum Unicron and we wont get it.
That also happened with Platinum Rodimus/Galvatron, and Platinum Blaster/Perceptor.
Its currently happening with the TLK exclusives like the poke a dot voyager Optimus and the exclusive set of 3 mini titan changers with steelbane. No one is picking up these exclusives in canada.
