Re: Small review: Movie Trans Scanning TS-01 Optimus Prime

Btw, it's possible to form the truck separately from the core body but there was a bunch of parts left over. And the truck isn't super sturdy without the core body inside.

Anyone know if these are to be released in North America? If so, when?

Pretty sure it's Japan-only, otherwise it would have been announced a long time ago. We already know the content of the last movie waves.

Looks more like a T100 Terminator then a Protoform.

At least it's bigger than the THS Hybrid Toy line...Oh My Puny Galaxy and G1 Convoy...

Re: Small review: Movie Trans Scanning TS-01 Optimus Prime

That's funny, I was tempted to say TS-01 could well have been THS-03 if it had any die-cast, as the detailing is quite similar, but it's slightly too big to be in that line.

Re: Small review: Movie Trans Scanning TS-01 Optimus Prime

Nah, I dont think the Movie line/designs should be considered part of the Hybrid series (at least not yet), it would definitely need more features and accessories to be a Hybrid toy (like a matrix chest).

Now why do I have a sudden urge to slap on some gundam armour on this sucker :P
