Got my Universe 2.0 from Toys R Us, but.....
I don't think this is normal
They all have Sunstreaker Cardboard backs

This is not uncommon as Hasbro seems to have made sure there is not enough room to put all the French/Spanish sections on the card backs for the charter specific backings. Or so I have heard

I believe I read that Hasbro Canada has said they were going to try to do away with the generic tri-lingual pack, but that is was a question of trying to save money. So Canada and Mexico will be seeing these for a while...

Yes wave 3 or 4 will have the bios on the back....course this means it will take longer to hit retail but it will make all the MISB and box collectors happy. Personally I prefer it the way it's currently done.
