Not so much what game I'm playing as what I'm not playing.

Super Mario Sunshine. So, I had a craving to play it recently. So after going out of my way of unpacking my GameCube and games after moving, I discovered I don't actually own it. I know I've played it. I know I've completed it 100%. But I guess I only rented it and never actually owned it. Sucks. Now I'll have to go down to EB Games and see if they got it for cheap.

Also went to TRU today intending to pick up Pokemon SoulSilver or HeartGold. After months of seeing them on the shelves there, they're all gone! Fuck! Should have grabbed one when I had the chance.

I guess I'll have to check for that at EB too.

Pikmin 3! It's fantastic.
To prepare (and to scratch that itch) I was playing the Wii versions of the original Pikmin and Pikmin 2 before Pikmin 3 came out. I was worried that maybe I'd be tired of Pikmin by the time I finished Pikmin 2, but Pikmin 3 is just so fresh and clever and fun, it stands apart as an excellent game.

I also just tried the demo for Wonderful 101. Man, if this game is not on your radar, you are in for a surprise. It's absolutely insane. The gameplay takes some getting used to, but it draws you in by its cool factor alone. If you love super sentai / Power Rangers, Kamen Rider, classic anime, monster movies, and everything else that's awesome in this universe, Wonderful 101 will be right up your ally.

Dynasty Warriors 8 but being a ROT3K buff, this game has been seriously dumbed down from a history stand point. :/
