back on topic,i like going to places like - chinook hobbies(sometimes a bit pricy
- almost every comic book store in calgary
- treasure cove out in airdrie
- phoenix comics on 17th(sometimes pricey)
- animehobbyx(awesome import store ,2nd floor,dragoncity mall)
- my buddy jason's booth in the blackfoot fleamarket(the guy's willing to give good deals to guy's on this site)

Re: Best/worst places to buy Transformers
Wal-mart, Toys R Us, Zellers, Winners.
Occassionally Value Village.
Recently I've found a new little store on Concession Street in Hamilton called Odds and Ends. You get beat up boxes, or no box, but there are some good finds. SW Crossovers for $10 for example.

Re: Best/worst places to buy Transformers
yep TOYS TOYS TOYS is by far the WORST place ever. deluxes are $25. They still have movie 1 stuff at STC. Leaders are $100 and they have voyagers for $50. insane. Never thought of looking in VV though.

Re: Best/worst places to buy Transformers
WORST any store , Zellers, Winners, Superstore, Walmart, in New Glasgow NS; reason, they overstock 1st waves of everything, then restock 1st waves instead of getting in new waves. To make matters worse, they use the "they weren't selling" excuse to expalin why new stock is not brought in! AKA the "dry spell"

Haha Tim's toy box! The dude is mental. I think I had an argument with him once over what he was charging for some of his G1 reissues. I think he wanted $90 for a mib Hoist. He's got a really nice mib G1 Soundwave, same one I almost bought from Jason at the Calgary expo for $120. Tim's price? $350. Shame though, he has some good stuff.

Re: Best/worst places to buy Transformers
Worst:
New/current toys from comic stores.
Best:
Wal-Mart/TRU/Zellers when they have sales. I buy 95% of my stuff from those places, regarding TFs.
