Re: The Dark Knight [WARNING SPOILERS]

I finally got to watch this last night, pretty good movie a bit on the long side but well worth it.

Gawd, I can't believe he crushed his lambo just to save that prick

I also enjoyed the trailers for Watchmen and Terminator 4, I didn't know that the batman guy is in that too... looks promising

Right now I think Bale is the only thing T4 has going for it. I am going again next week. Can't wait.

Edit: Are you also in the same camp that says Batman went to save Dent instead of Rachael?

Just finished listening to it and Nolan DID NOT SAY HE WAS DEAD.

Around the 20:30 mark, he says how HARVEY DENT "pays the price..." - now if you treat HARVEY DENT and TWO-FACE as 2 different entities/personalities as Batman treats them in the film, the writers leave the fate of TWO-FACE ambiguous. HARVEY DENT - Gotham's "White Knight" DA is pronounced dead by Gordon... but the public doesn't know about TWO-FACE and his revenge-murders and that HARVEY DENT became TWO-FACE.

Re: The Dark Knight [WARNING SPOILERS]

Saw THE DARK KNIGHT with my wife the other night...

It has so much awesomeness that it even made her cry like she cried during THE NOTEBOOK (when Gordon "died").

THE DARK KNIGHT is our generation's GODFATHER II.

Better question: What does it take for you to think a character is dead? Did Katsumoto really die in The Last Samurai?

Re: The Dark Knight [WARNING SPOILERS]

Went and say it again last night.
The first time I saw it, it liked it, but I was certian that I missed parts and at times was lost, but the second time was much better. Sat further back, got over the shcok of how great the Joker was and followed it WAY beter.
