Well, I bit the bullet and preordered MP-43 BW Megatron from Amazon Japan. The price wasn't all that bad, 25,882¥ with shipping and import fees (about $306.00 CAD). This is a lot cheaper than most of the US websites or other Japanese e-tailers. Dinobot's price is getting really ridiculous; he costs about the same or more than Megatron now (wish I preordered).

Thats a great price! I might cancel my current preoroder (for 28,621¥ total) and go with Amazon

anime export was 296 CAD after exchange, its sold out now but cheaper is cheaper plus ill ship it with my potp thrones of the primes primal.

It will be almost the same or even a little bit cheaper if you factored in shipping cost. Amazon.co.jp Global Shipping is cheaper and faster than going for EMS with AE. And like you said AE is OOS so the cheaper price is a moot point. I prerordered one at amiami and another one at Amazon.co.jp.

Does that include shipping? All prices being discussed so far include it, so we should be comparing apples vs apples to know if something is indeed cheaper or not.

I ordered from AE before and they gave me hell for canceling a preorder (extremely rude). I cancelled the order way in advance of the release date so I think my request was reasonable. Long story short, never ordered anything again from them.

Also Amiami may charge you an arm and a leg for shipping such a large item (just a heads up).
