Just how awful is the TRU website...trying to find the Earthrise toys listings is so random! Sometimes the toys are listed, but out of stock. Sometimes they literally don't exist on the website. and sometimes, you have to type truncated words to find the listings (usually sold out).

For example, right now, if I type "earthrise", I get no results. but if I type "earthris" no "e" at the end, I get a few listings (still no stock).

I wanted to like the TRU website with the relaunch and all, but sadly, not the case. It just plain sucks. They didn't fix anything.

If I search earthrise, I see the 4 Deluxes. They say in-stock and then when you click on them OOS. LOL

And the popular search is so helpful too: "Popular searches: breast pump swing double stroller"

I didn't find out about Red Wing until today just by accident. Strangely it doesn't list as "out of stock" on the product listing page the way it does with other figures. It only shows it on the Red Wing page itself.


TRU's setup is such garbage. It's an R-club exclusive, so why wasn't there an e-mail sent out to R-club members to say "hey, we've got this cool new thing in stock, you might want one."


I hope they come back in stock the way the Rainmakers did. I'd hate to be screwed out of them because of the junk way their system works.


I also hope that they get the trailing Siege stuff (Rumble/Ratbat, Singe, Rung) online, because trying to find them anywhere except via scalper-y collectors' stores with a big markup or scouring US sites and dealing with exchange and shipping and crossing the border.


You'd think between places like TRU and Hasbro themselves you'd think they would have these sorts of exclusive and late-run distribution issues sorted out by now. It's not like they wouldn't have had a ton of practice with it.

Heads up, As of about 10 minutes ago Red Wing was showing as back in stock and purchaseable on the website.


I just got my order submitted, so now we'll see if it goes through properly or it gets cancelled and rejected like others have had. Fingers crossed.

It's just the TRU site being shit. It says in stock, but not really. It sold out before 7:30 am this morning.

Allegedly my order has shipped, so hopefully I'll know if this was a success or not by the end of next week.

Now if they'd just come through on the final siege wave minis (the cassettes and whichever of singe/rung aren't recurring in Earthrise)
