Don't forget to sign up for a Target credit card and/or "debit" card because you get a percentage off of your purchases (up to 5% depending where)

Yups.
From their website, many Toronto stores open in the spring. Some others in the summer.
Anything East of Kingston (Ottawa & province of Quebec) only open in the fall.

This...though I rarely bother with Target. I feel like I'm at Zellers when I'm there lol.
The US card gives 10% off purchases.
