just found out what targets return policy regarding "collectable toys" ie action figures. Opened figures cannot be returned even if defective, they can only be exchanged.

It cannot be much longer now. The cult of Target has not been in their super secret off site training facilities for days now. Must be in the physical stores now. I miss all that red and tan already.
