I had an experience with a non-paying seller over two years ago. The seller just stopped shipping out to everyone who won their auctions. They also didn't respond to e-mails.

I spent over $100 on 3 purchases from that seller, and I only got about $20 back. Something to do with Paypal only insuring purchases over a certain amount?

Bad luck for you bro your money not safe anymore. In any kind of payment. I find filing dispute are pointless when you not going to get back everything only a small amount

I loath and appreciate Paypal. I've had about 3 claims with them, one of them (of course the least expensive) was refunded completely. The rest were decided in my favor but they couldnt get any money out of the sellers, so they are in perminent limbo. I dont know if they ever try to get money from the sellers again or if it's just the once.

Paypal is convenient but it's like pulling teeth to get anything from them.
