Haha! No I was polite as possible. The $17.80 was GST and PST that was mistakenly charged again at delivery (I already paid these taxes during checkout), so I sent Pulse an email about it. I was being civil and even provided a copy of the FedEx receipt.
I waited a week, and they never replied to me, so I calmly called them. The first agent told me that she would send an email to me with instructions for how to proceed. After 45 minutes of waiting that never happened, so I called again. The second agent informed me that her manager would get in touch with me. He never called. Clearly they were giving me the runaround.
The next day I called my credit card company and had them refund the $17.80 from Pulse. A few days later I received an automated email from Pulse asking me to rate and comment on the telephone service I received from them. My comment described the events that had transpired in an objective way (nothing rude), and I chose the Thumbs Down rating because they never helped me.
