Now that I have focused my collection and cut Classics movie and animated from it I would say that I have a lot more funds kicking around as MP are few and far between and MOST MP third party are crap in my opinion and I can wait for TOMY to release better figures and again my opinion

Actually yeah! Not a lot of extra money, but since I went MP/G1, there is far less to buy.

Yes, I've had times where I've had money but nothing out there had me really excited. In my 20s I'd go buy something that was just "okay" if there was nothing around that I really wanted, and I don't think it's coincidence that most of those "okay" items ended up resold, gifted to my friends' kids, kitbashed or traded. In my 30s I decided I'd rather let toy money pile up (the better to spend at TFCon) than spend it just because I had it, or because I hadn't bought anything in a while, and the result is I've been able to afford some more expensive figures and I have a collection full of stuff that I deeply love.
