edit: in all seriousness, I don't find it weird for men to use skin care products in this day and age. I don't, not because I'm worried about being perceived as more of an oddball, but I just can't stand any creams or coatings or anything on my skin. To each their own.

What I do find odd is that this is for a niche personal care product, instead of something more universal like shampoo, or soap, or clothing, or car care products.
