I also got this email, last night around 7pm, despite having not received any response to my now three inquiries over the last month regarding my outstanding order.

I've been polite, sympathetic in my wording, and said I was willing to work with them taking in stock inventory in the case none of my pre-orders had arrived.

To this point I've received nothing in response. My third message was earlier in the day yesterday, basically saying I realized they were going through tough times but it was still very disappointing I had not heard anything back at this point.

When I saw the Outrun email come through last night, I thought it was finally a response about my order. Nope.

Were your emails to the Refund email address? I've had several back and fourths with Chris figuring out replacement items so far.

order numbers are only 4-digits so how many unfulfilled ones can there be?

I also sent 3 emails with no reply... I've been understanding from the beginning but now I'm a mixed of angry and nervous, I have 600$ worth of orders with no comeback from them I got a notification that my items were shipped over a week ago but no tracking number and some of the items were pre-orders of toys coming out in 2023 and 2 figures that I already received months ago are being shipped out again...

If the notification was through Shopify that was an error on their end. My partner had the same notification.

I got it through the Shop app, don't know if the same thing as Shopify?
