I just did... it keeps hangging when i was ordering.. but i kept on trying.. then once its there i went straight to pick it up..

Best Buy website has been terribly slow lately, often "hanging" or thinking for ages at a time.

It's sold out online but what he must have done was clicked "Reserve in Store", then "Check other stores" and found a store with one in stock and reserved it for in-store pickup.

But that's dependent on your area: for me in KW, the nearest 10 Best Buys (all the way to Milton) are out of stock.

Why so cryptic? If you got one great, but from what I see there are no buttons to click on to even make an order. By that I mean they are on the screen but not colored so you can "click" them.
