Well while I wait for my replacement X-wing metal model to come in I decided to complete the Tie Advanced. This one was way easier to make, although some parts were a bit challenging.

Speaking of Star Wars, I picked up this photomosaic puzzle the other day from Target for $12.99. Definitely the hardest puzzle I have ever done in my life but damn does it ever look cool. Gonna mount and hang this guy up in my man cave. They have Yoda, Pilot Luke and Vader as well. A great family passtime for us. Only the dark pieces left. Must resist the dark side

Thanks for the comment. Btw, the metal models are available in many other non-star wars designs. The majority of them are actually architecture, world monuments, cars, planes, bugs, all sorts of cool things. But looks like they are stemming off into licensed models like Star Wars, Star Trek, Halo and Mass Effect. Here is their site.
