Classics Omega Supreme

Classics Omega Supreme :

Recently (today) completed commission which has added articulation :
- Shoulders (full rotation at chest)
- Arms move outwards at shoulder
- Rotation at upper arm
- Elbows
- Hips (legs move outwards)
- Thighs (legs move forward/back)
- Knees
- Ankles

Huge thanks to Sculpt-Bot for the perfect hand sculpted face, and the inspirations.

OMG!!!! You've done fantastic stuff before, but I can say without a doubt this is your greatest work ever. Seriously, Hasbro should hire you to do molds for them.

Re: Classics Omega Supreme

I fail to see how it's a "Classics" figure considering it's mostly just a G1 toy with added articulation and a new makeshift base mode.

Head looks good though.

uhhh...Classics is another way of saying G1.

G1 omega's alt mode was rocket, tank, missile base.
this one's alt mode is rocket, tank, missile base.

am I missing something?

Maybe I am reading your statement wrong, some people have different "definitions" to different names, I'd love to know I named him wrong.
You defined it well on your own, "G1 style", not G1 with new joints and head. IE new body parts that resemble G1 instead of using G1 body parts, otherwise all it is an articulated G1 figure and nothing more.

In the Transformers Universe "Classics" refers to the classics/universe toy line. Molds in that line are new versions of G1 figures with an inspiration of their original self, or a repaint of an existing figure to have that G1 look. What you have there is a G1 toy with added articulation.

Yes they can transform into the same thing, I think that's the point of a classics figure, to "homage" the original and not just upgrade them. I never said your naming was wrong, just poorly worded.

Re: Classics Omega Supreme

Beautiful work! Very creative.

I love the Sumo wrestler vibe you get from the stature of the figure.

Thanks for sharing!!

Re: Classics Omega Supreme

I like the result, but I like your work even more when it uses parts from random other toys to achieve similar results....that being said, its an amazing display piece regardless, and the lucky owner should be thrilled.
