Right. Nearly everybody has a raincheck policy, unless otherwise stated in the flyer. They should do the same with price matching.

Another thing which can affect consumer behaviour is that boxing in Canada happens after the 25th but that again goes back to previous multiple hordes of sales for multiple products before the holidays. Are these sales recent because of black friday sales? I'm not sure but I remember them since I was kid.

Boxing day for me are like unwanted items. Leftover from the the real holiday shopping spree and sales.

Weird question, so here's my weird answer. Since the black Friday flyers were already leaked online, I did my shopping for the items I knew would be on sale about a week ahead and then on the day of Black Friday I returned to the stores with the items and got price adjustments without having to deal with crowds.

Guess what everyone knows every year products go on sale. TRU actually does two big sales during the entire year on every product (other than holiday ones). That wasn't too long ago either. Plus there are other multiple CONSECUTIVE ones thereafter.
