Thanks to Matrix Holder Prime for letting us know that Siege Astrotrain has been released in Canada.

Astrotrain was sighted at a Toys”R”Us in Ontario.

Awesome, but these tiny leader prices are killing me. The difference between a deluxe and a Voyager is only $10, but the price difference between a Voyager and a leader is $30 (and the leaders and voyagers are similar in size).

He is pretty small, a small voyager scale figure. I recommend picking him up on sale if you can.

Holy shit, he really is tiny. Shockwave has similar issues. I wouldn't pay more than fifty for either.

Earthrise prime I'd still snag on, say, 20% off, but I can deal with the voyager figure cos it's prime with a bigass trailer.

Is Magnus really the only current leader that is big and makes sense at the size?

Even Magnus is pretty small when you compare him to the Combiner Wars Magnus. I mean, DNA Design has created an upgrade kit to make Seige Magnus taller.

It's really dumb how the price increases but the figures are only getting smaller.

The amount of plastic used and parts count are still comparable, if not more on the Siege figures. Put CW Magnus and Siege Magnus on a scale, they are very close. The toy may be smaller, but you are getting the same amount of toy.

Definitely can wait for him to go on sale, he'll be plentiful in the coming months since he'll be also released in the Earthrise line too.
