Totally agree.
I will buy one on first sight, then later if price drop like 50%, buy another one for city mode, so I don't have to switch back and forth.

That's a good idea too. I plan on getting the hasbro one as soon as it drops then when the Takara one comes out I'll repaint my Hasbro one as a Metrotitan.. provided that Hasbro doesn't decide to do a Metrotitan redeco.

I'm definitely picking one up at full price when it comes out. I might pre-order from Automaton (if they have it) because, assuming it comes to Quebec, I want a full english sound box.

If it is reduced 40-50% later on, I might pick up a second one to repaint into the yellowish/gold version of Autobot City.

@Aeroshake, cool info about Trypticon, I hadn't heard about it. Now I'm looking forward to that one too

I used to have the G1 and thought he was quite large. Seeing this comparison makes me realize that he is quite puny

LOL, that G1 Metroplex is like a baby compare to the FOC Metroplex! I am so going to take a photo of FOC Metroplex cradling G1 Metroplex when it is out

Drool to the idea of Trypticon...Oh man that would be AMAZING!
As for Metroplex, I was sold just hearing about him being made. I mean, the size and look is really his strong point but he does look like basic level transformations (similar to G1 Metro) Still, someone to rival Fort Max is pretty damn awesome and will continue to grow my Autobot City.
