Re: Value Village: what are your Transformers findings?
Found a near complete G1 Starscream yesterday in bag with loads of other G1 parts for $2.99. Starscream is only missing the right fist. One set of repolabels and I'll be set.

Megatron voyager - dark of the moon $4.99. Missing the cloak and a piece of the grill. Not sure if the best deal but had to buy something to justify all the visits

The dream! I've never found any parts: no weapons or guns or anything of the sort. Lots of loose guys, though. Nearly ten in the last year.
I found a bag the other day with a G1 Bomb-Burst robot, a Convertors Avarian Rex, and a GoBots Pincher. Good find!

Here's a quirky one, got a second gun for Generations Metroplex today. Nice, inexpensive little touch to that amazing figure.

Found an incomplete 25th Anniversary Unicron at Value Village last week. Missing his shoulder blades and wings and chest bit and little bot, but looks great and displays well.

Re: Value Village: what are your Transformers findings?
I haven't been to VVs for months. This week, I found a Grimstone, and a 2007 Leader Prime, neither of which I bought.
I also found these treasures, which I also passed on:
Tempting, but I don't need more LEGO (a 100-litre tote is enough)
I can't believe nobody else had bought this N'Sync Marionette.
Yesterday, I couldn't pass up on a few things. Beast Wars Manterror, Gobot Dive-Dive, and this amazing G1 baggie (which I haven't actually opened yet):
What I can see for sure: mostly intact Smokescreen, complete, but in pieces Pipes, parts and accessories of Rumble or Frenzy and Laserbeak, and parts that will complete my G1 Hoist.

Re: Value Village: what are your Transformers findings?
Just thought I'd post a couple photos of the contents of those bags. I'm pretty pleased:
Go-bot Dive-Dive, G1 Huffer & Minispy, Smokescreen, Rumble (amputee), and parts from Dirge, Hoist, Ratchet/Ironhide, Tracks, Red Alert, and Skids. (anyone need any of these parts? PM me!)
My childhood Hoist is complete!

Re: Value Village: what are your Transformers findings?
Used to grab junkers from VV every now & then, I found it hit a renaissance during the years after Beast Wars, lots of those guys popped up (got a mostly complete Tripredacus, a Depthcharge w/ no accessories, etc)
Recently, I picked that purple RID Decepticon dog, and a couple of Bayformers figs (they were in vehicle mode, couldn't tell they were Bayformers)
One of them was an Evasion Mode OP, though one of his front wheels (hip wheels) was missing, snapped clean off on the little joint
He's fun to mess around with in the living room, even if his arms' transformation is a living nightmare, have to admit it's pretty cool
