They take phone orders as well. Some items they have in stock but doesn't show on the website. They don't mind checking.

BC and Alberta stores are open under current provincial regulations. Ie observe social distancing, wear masks, limited customers in store at time.

I recently ordered something from Toysrus.ca. But I check the tracking and it's being done by a different carrier. I'm not sure about this company.

Had the same issue Purolator they use i got my stuff after a fiasco a month later.
Not happy with toys r us.ca and their shipping couriers
Was very frustrating.
But in the end they refunded both items.

ER Thrust hasn't ever been in stock yet, has he? I've done my best to check every day but given how bizarre this last year of collecting has been I feel like it's entirely plausible that I happened to miss out on this one because it was only up for like an hour one afternoon or something.

I’ve never seen it in stock. I check often, usually at least once a day. I’ve also never heard anyone being able to order one yet.
I think one day, maybe, in future times, TRU will actually get a shipment... maybe.

TRU's canadian warehouse has been doing inventory all January so little to no deliveries have been done to individual stores.
