Good news, I got my Prowl and Ironhide. Bad news, they decided to give me free wrapping paper in the form of shipping stickers all over the box. I tried to find out where to complain on the website, but it's trying to find your way through a maze.

I initiated a phone call. It says Washington state as the number. It is very hard to explain that there was no shipping box used and the stickers on the box are a problem for collectors.

They offered for me to return it, which is pointless. I was placed on hold. They then offered me a 50% discount. I was only expecting $5 or $10, so that is a bonus. I am not really sure it was Amazon.ca and may have been .COM call center as that is a pretty big jump.

Finally got a shipping date for my Iron Hide and Prowl. I hope they put it in a box for extra protection. But with how lots of other people are getting them shipped as is, I will not hold my breath. Regardless I remove the figures from the packaging anyway so no big loss there.

Wow, I'm incredibly jealous of your nicely wrapped and minty fresh Ironhide/Prowl 2 pack.

Mine arrived today all scuffed up and covered in shipping labels.

I don't think you can unless you cancel the order and then re-order it. I've looked all over the site and can't see anything. As far as I can tell you can only change the delivery details

How long after you were charged did they finally ship the Ironhide/Prowl set.

I've had a few hiccups with it, but it seems they've accepted the charge now and I'm just... where the hell is the shipping notification?

I got shipping confirmation 3 days after I got charged while everyone else had theirs shipped sooner, maybe a day after the charge? They took longer for mine because of the gift wrapping. I think as long as you were charged you should be guaranteed to get one.
