My wive has had several surgeries... no worries... no complications. Recovery isn't fun but what else would you expect? Meds can make you groggy and nauseated. Now-a-days the new thing is to get you up and mobile ASAP... none of this laying in bed crap. They say it helps your body heal faster.

There was a lot of waiting around on my end... hours of it... take a book/iPad/pillow. And the chairs are not comfy at all.

I originally wanted to just take Advil the entire time. But the nurse at my Pre-op said it wouldn't be a good idea. I'm not keen on T-3. My sister had that with her surgery and said there was times she woke up unable to breath at first.

Anything else going on in anyone's lives?

Do you ever hate knowing stock you want is being held up on a TRU truck that they haven't unloaded yet. Keep showing up there every day at lunch and dinner waiting D: I'm so impatient.

Almost as bad as seeing all those seran-wrapped skids of "Hasbro" boxes in the middle of the Wal-Mart aisles, but unable to crack into them to find out what's on the inside.

They don't mind you opening them as you don't make a mess. I know when I do state hunts, I always go and see if they have stock boxes for toys lying about and open them up if they say what I might need on the side. Be polite about it, they won't mind.

I can't stand it. I hate just living with the notion that a figure I want is out at retail but I do not have it. It aches to pass by a Walmart or TRU.

Stepping foot inside one only means that I need to rush over to the TF isle to make sure nothing I need (or something I need) is there....then I can shop with ease. My wife knows this and told me long ago to stop asking to go to the toy isle first we go straight there now. lol

Oh I on the other hand love the skids. I break into them and open up boxes if they have something I need inside. I use to stock at TRU ages ago so I can open a box quick with only my car key.

But I do agree, I hate seeing a skid piled high with HASBRO boxes only to see the boxes full of easy bake ovens and other non TF toys.
