Sorry to be so blunt but a lot of the time crevat emptor stands and if you got what you bid on then there is very little ebay will do. If the auction tried to pass them off as official then you have no problems. If they tried to pass them off as original but had many images of them then you will have a little more trouble.
Research is key before you acquire anything now a days. You need to know what you are buying before you buy it. One of the reasons I do not believe eBay is an asset to our community at all. Too easy to pass off crap as legit product.

It's the seller's responsability to clearly represent what he's selling. If it's a KO, then mention it. Something that looks like a BT Wheeljack KO still isn't a Wheeljack since the name belongs to HasTak. If the item was advertised as "Die-cast transformable Robotor Mustang", then, fine. Otherwise, buyer shouldn't have to try and figure out if an item is real or not.

Re: I Need help with my Pay Pal Claim
I called PayPal and they said once the dispute is closed it is closed. The Seller also closed his ebay account too so i cant find the auction in my feedback or if the seller has anymore auctions up.

Re: I Need help with my Pay Pal Claim
Did you pay through your credit card on Paypal or through existing funds. If it was your credit card, you might be able to go to them to get a resolution.
