They are KOs of NA product but are legit product for China. Depending on where you acquired them from and the wording of the auction you may not have a leg to stand on. Research is key before you acquire anything now a days. You need to know what you are buying before you buy it. One of the reasons I do not believe eBay is an asset to our community at all. Too easy to pass off crap as legit product.

It's the seller's responsability to clearly represent what he's selling. If it's a KO, then mention it. Something that looks like a BT Wheeljack KO still isn't a Wheeljack since the name belongs to HasTak. If the item was advertised as "Die-cast transformable Robotor Mustang", then, fine. Otherwise, buyer shouldn't have to try and figure out if an item is real or not.

I called PayPal and they said once the dispute is closed it is closed. The Seller also closed his ebay account too so i cant find the auction in my feedback or if the seller has anymore auctions up.

Did you pay through your credit card on Paypal or through existing funds. If it was your credit card, you might be able to go to them to get a resolution.
