Again no. I don't know any one who has tried but I'm sure they failed miserably or they realized it was pointless and didn't even try.
On a serious level now, IF animated is over it doesn't matter if the writers like another script the show is done. If you impress the producers, the show is done...the show is done, the show is done, the show is done. There is no amount of writing you can do to bring it back. Move on.
As for the fan fic....try deviantart.
