Orci's confirmed in a Q&A that Revenge of the Fallen was what they put on the screenplay.
Plus, Hasbro's announced it.

Who is to say if the title is real or working. All I know is that everytime I read ROTH I see Revenge of the Sith, return of the Jedi or Rolling on the floor.
