I'll give you a few recipes to work around pre-prepaired foods that you might enjoy but be leery of due to unknowns. If you make it, you will know.

Soy as well. If they are made with vegetable oil that is or may contain soybean oild then I can't have it.

Hopefully I can find some chips, I usually use canola. Worst comes ot worst, I will see if I can go to one of my former employers and see if I their torillas are pure corn - I forget, and if I can buy a pack off them. Other wise guac and spoons.

I found chips, naturally blue corn. 3% sodum - to really good. I like a lower sodium chip myself. Cooked in canola/sunflower oil it appears to be free of any of your mentioned sensitivities. Avocados and lime acquired, garlic roasted, Just need salt pepper and of course the bowl.

I am starting to think I am lactose intollerant myself as anytime I have milk or icecream I get real terrible gas. if I drink too much milk, my guts get quite unhappy. I bought some lactase pills because I'm not giving up dairy.
