Yeah, that's from a custom kit. The kit is the KFC shoulder upgrade kit for FoC Ultra Magnus. This a video from YouTube talking about it:

That head looks like TitansReturn Tidal Wave's titanmaster "Fathom"

Thanks gents. I couldn't for the life of me figure them out.

I have the Silver Knight Optimus loose somewhere in a bin. I don't remember having the Tidal wave, although I do have the Magnus Prime.

Someone told me the name of this one, but I don't remember. It seems like it could be Tankor or something. Another guess at the name is Octane.
