Re: haslab unicron
Looking at Zeta's Unicron, Hasbro got a bit lazy. The same way MP-44's panels fold up nicely and hide away inside his legs and backpack, Hasbro's could have engineered Unicron's panels to hide away similarly. It looks like Zeta took the proper approach and was able to hide the majority of the kibble away within Unicron, which makes the figure look outstanding.

See Hasbro a $600 usd transformer should have this quality of engineering, it shouldn't be a shellformer at that price point.

Re: haslab unicron
Zeta unicron is superior in all engineering, all hasbro has is height. I'll be picking up the zeta if the price is right.

Re: haslab unicron
I'm blown away by the engineering on this figure! Elements of the planet mode surface become parts of the robot mode body, rather than having the entire planet shell sit as kibble on the legs and back like Hasbro's version. The transformation is kind of a mess of panels and armatures, but it cleans up so well in both modes. Incredible!

Re: haslab unicron
I feel like I would have Hasbros for Planet and Zetas for Robot.

$210-$260 usd.
18 inches tall is still pretty good, sacrificing some height for no nasty backpack or shell covered leg seems like a good deal to me.

Nice, that's definitely fair. Pretty much everything Zeta makes is great quality, so this is a definite preorder for me.
