@malwave,i notice you're getting better in your paint works,you just gotta work a bit on your edging.(also,try thinning out your paints a bit,it'll help give it time to "flow" out more and be less textured)you are definately improving mang!!!!
(now you know you'll have to bring something good to tfcon next year right?)

here is the rest of the pics of my soundwave and rumblebee and frenzebee.... wish i coulda had these in before saturday night...lol. i got the message that i had forgotten my alt mode pics but i was at my work christmas party and was in no shape to operate a computer. linking the photos i hope thats ok.

basically this custom contest gave me a reason to destroy my sonicron, and anything was an improvement on that pos.








as you can see not all the stuff fit into soundwave all that great, what with the whole knew abdominal area i built, so alt mode appears to be a high centered car.... and obviously i wasnt able to get frenzbee painted in time, he was going to be black with yellow highlights, instead of the yellow with black highlights of rumblebee. i think i will still finish as i think i couldve done better painting, as well id like to apply some reprolabels maybe.

Plus you took off the window and roof panels when taking the robot mode pic right?

How did you do the feet though?

Ya my original plan was to make the window and roof panels a shield for robot mode. The feet were just add ons much like g1 primes hands. Made from a chunk of a ko devastator (his crotch piece)

You need to finish Sounwave & Friends. Inverting the black and yellow for FrenzBee is genius.

also,for the donation,
instead of simply buying 100 bucks worth of stuff and dumping it into one of those donation boxes that goes to who knows where,
i think it would be better if it goes to toys for the alberta childrens hospital,
specifically those kids that are going to be spending their holidays in the hospital

i've just finished trying to call their donations line but they don't open until 8:30 am.

hopefully it all works out before xmas.
i'll post updates,and hopefully in the end,this contest just found a way to potentially make some sick/injured kids smile
