That sucks. The preorder cut off was a day or two ago I think since when I tried yesterday, they let me preorder. Just make sure to call or go in around that date and you might get one.

For anyone flustered about the corporate email, my nearest store reassured me that they would still have him (and now Zartan) set aside. But they will be held until street date.
