Dinosaur Rescue Bots From Marvin Mariano

As revealed today a new Dinosaur line of Rescue Bots appears to be on its way to toy shelves, as well as some new versions of Heatwave, Chase & Optimus Prime as a Monster Truck.

I just thought I'd pop in and let you know that these are designs done by Marvin Mariano, multi time TFcon guest artist.

And yes Marvin has confirmed that the red and blue dinosaur in Optimus Prime as a T-Rex, or at least intended to be so as official names have not yet been released.

Just to give you an idea of the timeframe involved Marvin had started to submit these designs in late 2012 to Hasbro, with them now first starting to appear in January 2014.

It was revealed that the new Rescue Bots series will be subtitled Rescan, so a lot of character will have new bodies and designs
