It was the same thing with Titanium 3 inch Rodimus. He was the last "cheap" Rodimus figure and I met it like this thing to always pick him up when I saw him in stores..... I have like 12 of them only 2 with the USA packaging (which is much nicer)

As I said in the IN&R thread originally announcing this, Hot Rod looks way too serious and scowl-y in this incarnation. Still going to buy him, though, along with the rest of this wave with the exception of Cosmos.
